Radicalisation and The Prevent Duty

The Department for Education has issued new advice and social media guidance to schools and childcare providers to help them keep children safe and protect them from the risk of radicalisation and extremism. Protecting Children From Radicalisation: The Prevent Duty - DfE advice for schools and childcare providers on preventing children and young people from being drawn into terrorism.

Key statutory guidance for schools and early years settings 

This statutory guidance sets out what schools and colleges must do to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people under the age of 18.It applies to all schools and is aimed at headteachers, teachers, education staff, governing bodies and proprietors.
